Statue ParkStatue Park

The political system changed in Hungary after 1990, and one of the results was that several statues were removed from the streets of Budapest to this museum. It's a unique collection of gigantic statues that survived demolishion. An exciting outdoor museum in Eastern Europe for those interested in a bygone era.
The statues of Lenin, Marx and Engels, Dimitrov and Ostapenko can be seen at the park, and memorials to The Soviet Soldier, the Communist Martyrs, and the Republic of Councils.
- relics of the communist dictatorship available in the museum shop
